I never look at my junk mail at home. Do people actually read the faxes they receive?
Yes, they give them a brief look as they are throwing them in the recycle box. If your ad is designed correctly they will instantly know what you are offering, and respond if they are interested.

Do you send my ad out with a bunch of other faxes?
We never send more than 2 ads at a time, and ensure they are not in a competing business.

Will I get a lot of angry calls from people wanting to be removed from the list?
No, we have a removal line at the bottom of all our ads with a special removal number and email address that recipients can use if they wish to be removed.

When someone asks to be removed from the list how long does it take?
Removal requests are purged from the list weekly.

What kind of response rate should I expect?
Response rates differ for each type of business and offer. For details on what similar businesses to yours received, call us. We have thousands of archived ads and will be able to give you some valuable insight.

Do you give payment terms?
The first time we do business with you we do not extend credit and payment must be received prior to the fax broadcast starting. After the first broadcast, our terms are 30 days with a completed credit application.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we take VISA and MasterCard.

Is there a charge for artwork?
If you see our ads, you know there should be! But we do not charge for artwork. In some cases where the artwork is very involved and includes multiple revisions there will be a nominal charge of $50.

I saw this other company charging only a few dollars for a million pages. Can you match their price?
No, maybe you should give them a try. Be sure to let us know how you do.
